Basically, the master sets the feedback slightly down in the slave with a wrong continuous controller command. And the slave loop very slowly fades out. There is a simple workaround until the software fix is done. If you set the feedback continuous controller to a different one on the slave than the master, it should be fine. You do that with the parameter called "FeedBkCont." If you never adjust feedback. you are done. If you want feedback control of both units your best bet is a midi expression pedal, sending on both continous controllers.
