Luis,
I am just using the standard, stock switches that
oberheim used.  I have one echoplex footpedal that I
have had for years, without problems in the switches. 


After you changed the record and undo buttons are they
fine?  If so, Maybe you should replace all of the
problematic switches and be done with it.  

I don't know why you would have problems with the
switches unles they are defective, or damaged.
