A. Belew loop album??

Does anyone know if the Adrian Belew loop album ever got
released? I thought I read something a while back that he
was working on one/ or was going to release one.
Thought the interview/article said he was working w/ shorter delay/loops
of 2 sec or less, and he was using them real "rhythmic".
just curious if anyone knew any details.
