     Though many electronic repair places might be able to easily fix that 
one, it might be a
Repeater-specific issue.  And the only factory authorized repair place 
(that I know of anyway) is
here in Seattle, Condor Electronics.  206 633 5190.

     I can vouch for these guys, I'm a friend of the owner (who is an avid 
Repeater user himself)
and I've taken various gear to them for luvvin-up.
