The Eventide 7000, 7500, Orville, and 8000 can do most all of this. The 
one area that they don't live up to your dream are in the "glitch-free 
patch change" department. You could design a patch that could have several 
variations that could be changed glitch-free, but patches in the Eventide 
world are complete algorithms, and need to tear down the DSP of the old 
algorithm and build up the new algorithm, so it takes a little time.

The two biggest problems with Eventide gear are:
- it can be expensive
- algorithm / patch design is complicated, and requires a PC
