I heard about it maybe 5 years ago via Jamuud (Dave
Muddyman) of Loop Guru.

I gave it a try, but it's a little too "auto-pilot"
for my tastes. (Well, after all, that IS the whole
point of it...) Still, it's fun and can turn out some
really interesting results.
