Juicegoose 12 Paq. Unfortunately, it's discontinued. 6 AC 120V 
outlets and 6 low voltage outlets at 6-15 volts AC or DC depending on 
what you need.

No sequential power up or individual on/off, but it works great. I 
hate wall warts!
