RE: MP3 Sites with Non-mainstream Artists

Title: Message
I'm sure one of the major digital download sites have his works, but you inspired me to do some web searching and I found his new website:

http://www.johnabercrombie.com/

It is still very much incomplete at this stage, but the picture gallery is up and running. There is a placemarker for music. You might check up on that periodically.

In any event, I know what you mean about time. I burned my entire Abercrombie collection of 14 CDs to MP3 last year...plus about 80 other jazz CDs....about killed me.

John listed here, but not available yet: http://www.mp3.com/john-abercrombie/artists/5138/songs.html

THIS is your ticket! http://www.mp3seller.com/buymp3cd/discography/John-Abercrombie-MP3-CD/musicalbums/3959.html  9 Ambercrombie CDs, 64 songs in MP3 on one disc.

What pisses me off about most of these digital music sites is that you can't see what they have available without registering.

Subject: OT: MP3 Sites with Non-mainstream Artists

Hi,all:

I haven't been motivated to obtain an iPod or similar. But, I've been thinking recently about how nice it would be to have all my Harold Budd, John Abercrombie, Zbgniew  Preisner (as a couple examples) albums on one device.

The question is: are there sites that have this kind of music for purchase? I know I can load this stuff to my PC but time is one thing I don't have a lot of (ou-I hate to say that-sounds like I'm dyin').

Regards, Prof. Wind
