They look really nice.

If we have an acoustic guitar with a decent preamp/EQ built in (like a
Fishman, etc), why do we need yet another layer of EQ in an amp? this is
what has me baffled. How much redundant EQ do we need superimposed on an
acoustic guitar?...seems like a lot of added circuitry to create
divergence
between the natural sound of the guitar and what comes out of the amp.

The two channel thing is a differientiator, unless you are running your
guitar through a small mixer board before ou powered PA cab, whichh case
that approach offers a lot more flexibility.

Something that any high quality powered PA cab can do, give their specs.

This is the on hard to compete with. But then again, if we are comparing a
powered 10" PA cab with the above amp, weight is not that much different.

Interesting thread here. Makes me want an article on the myths and
misconceptions of amplifying an acoustic instrument, comparing full range
PA
cabs with boutique amp, relative to user needs (preserving natural tone
vs.
colorizing the tone).
