Hmm...at that price range, you'll have to stick with used (unless 
Behringer is making a looper I don't know about). You might find a 
Digitech PDS 1002 (classic old school 2-second delay/looper), or a Zoom 
2100 (5-second looper, plus other FX), neither of which have been made 
for quite some time. I also think all of the Digitech RDS "Time 
Machines" had a hold function, and those go for cheaper than pedals.
