dear who-ever will ever do something like a looping event, here are my 
arrogant 2 cents:

please know that organizing these kind of things can be dangerously good 
for your human hunger of creativity and social connections.
it can show some explosive reaction in your musical expression as well

be happy to do it for fun and joy of sharing the mission.
discern pure human and musical connection from musicians looking for one 
more gig to add to their list.

let you and your guests have fun while doing it > relax, set up things 
like a pro and ask for the same.

And never forget to set stage timings :-X

and to make nice t-shirts and send me one O:-)

It seems things are warming up, what a wonderful feeling for us old-timers
