Bidule: Snap, Crackle and Pop

Greetings from Emeryville California,

I'm just getting started with Mobius. I'm very impressed and so far its working very well with one exception. I'm getting crackle sounds I can't get rid of.

My main aim is to use Mobius for live looping but I need some signal routing around it to switch my live sound on and off from my inputs and am using Bidule for that. I think the crackle is Bidule all by itself. No crackle on Mobius standalone. Bidule is crackling even when the ASIO device is the only "bidule" on the workspace connected straight thru and no sound is being input. The DSP is spiking in the 20s and running close to 15 most of the time. I've matched up the buffer size with the ASIO (MAudio Ultra USB) and tried a few different rates and messed with the FFT. No luck so far. My machine is a 1.66ghz with 1gb RAM at little light but it's running Mobius just fine.

Any suggestions guys? Thanks in advance,

-Ty

Cheers,
