So far as I know OSC is only for sending control singal data, hence the name Open Sound Control.

If you are running linux or osx, and using the JACK audio interconnect server, you should be able use either Netjack or Jacktrip to route audio over ethernet and indeed internet. Both come with the inherent latency of the network.

Netjack or Netjack2 are included in Jack, depending on if you install JACK or JACKDMP/JACK2
