I wish this could work with the Looperlative. Unfortunately, the lack  
of a MIDI connection on the Launchpad and the lack of a USB port on  
the Looperlative defeat that option (without involving a lot more  
hardware). The Akai APC40 adds footswitches and knobs but still no  
MIDI connection.
