digitech timebender

i sold my timebender on ebay a few weeks ago.
i was really underwhelmed w/ it.
seemed more like a pitch shifter to me.
it does do 5 sec of delay , but not all modes do the 5 sec. kind of odd i thought.
like i said, i was just underwhelmed. if you want pitch shifting-it has OOOOODLES of options, maybe w/ an expression pedal it's the wizzbang.
that said, i did like the envelope (or slice) or what ever setting, and when you use the random option, i swear it allows you to sound like andre lafosse's edp glitching stuff.
it's pretty cool, just wasn't sure if i needed a pedal to do that and move in to andre's territory (ha!). but  in the end i bought a boss slicer-and i love that!!!! (and like rick W said-i think it will take me FO-ever to figure out all it can do....)

i think for me, in the end, the pitchshifting thing is sort of my least impressive effect at times.
i guess if you just want WASHES of sound, it's for you, b/c it does create that nicely....for me, eh....

i think i sold mine on ebay for 175$ or in that range. a hair bit under what i paid for it,
i would definately say try it out to see if you'd like it, or watch the youtube vid/reviews. just throwing my negative 2 cents in....(didn't mean to spoil anyone's day!)
