Have to agree with Rainer's shout-out on this. I would say most email
clients, including plain web browsers, makes it much harder to read
formatted posts. So please folks, turn off that "Rich formatting"
flag. Or/and the "html" flag and similar.

If you see a flag called "Plain text" that's the option to use!
