Re: "Nerdville" - a special presentation as part of The MoinSound Studio Sessions

Hi Rainer,

I took a look and it looked like fun! From a viewer perspective, it was a bit tough to see what was going on, but then again, when I watched the first man on the moon, that was also tough to tell what was going on ;)

A couple of questions:
Did you use battery power or 12VDC?
The only device I could recognize was the KP3, was that used for looping?
What instrument (if any) is used?

I enjoy looping in my car during the 45 minute drive to work, using lapsteel and DL4. It sure makes the drive go fast! Since it is all free-form, lately I try to incorporate what is going on outside the windows into the loop, for example, see a cow, make a cow noise; crazy driver, make a crashing sound; homeless person, mournful sound.

(before you all think I am crazy, there are a lot of traffic lights where I can use two hands, and while driving always one hand on the wheel, using left hand and tone bar to simultaneously pluck/bar the next note, switching to left hand driving to manage DL4 warping)

Nice concept!

Eric
