Actually you wouldn't.
just one impulse would suffice.

The result of convolution is that you only
hear frequencies that are present in both
the source *and* the impulse.

Or to put that in the way it's usually said

"Convolution in the time domain is equivalent
to multiplication in the frequency domain. "
