I think Rainer was making a reference to Obama's ethnic/racial
background...if you read the cited article, you'll see that Obama has
done nothing to overturn the abusive policies that Bush set out; if
anything, he has only increased them.

They're asking to extend the freaking Patriot Act...that should tell
you something.
