Re: Soft Step - any software issues?

The downsides right to using the softstep with the software alongside it are that it takes up a chunk of memory so if you use lots of samples it might not be the right fit. In standalone mode your not using the software so it doesnt take up any memory.

As for the buttons I can feel the pedal mash down but there isnt physical feedback other than that so you might be let down. I still think its worth a giving it a proper try since it meets your other requirements.

Thanks for the reply guys-

and congrats on the zepplin cover! Kashmir was the very first song i started looping and 3 yrs later im still working on it..... puurrrdy close though ;o)

ill be using a laptop so no worries there...and ty for the personal recent update- that calms me a bit-

I love it because its bus powered & has an expression pedal input. im not aware of any other pedal with those simple requirements, if anyone knows of an alternative please let me know as i found diddly squat.

Im imagining the pedals to feel a bit foreign, but i simply hope they give good physical feedback of a proper button press.

thank you again!
