Man, Kay'lon,
there is an EMU E5000 Ultra Sampler on ebay currently with a top bid of $250.

That was a screaming 16 bit sampler in it's day.

Additionally, you can find all kinds of one rack vintage samplers on e-bay and craigslist
for under $200.

They aren't going to have USB connectivity, but you can always go analogue into your computer,
or just use a midi keyboard and record yourself direct through your board.
