yes, the laptop is just for looping. i use mobius, augustus looper and
crossfade loop synth hosted in ableton with various plugins for
post-loop treatment. i use two pedalboards - a yamaha mfc10 for
selecting sounds on the axe fx and a nobels mf-1 for controlling
mobius. i also have a novation remote zero sl, which has lots of
faders and knobs on it for switching stuff on and off within the
ableton layout.
