Andy, if only this were true !

I do indeed have Midi being routed direct to the VST, that's easy peasy 
and Bob is indeed my auntie's husband :D 

But, there is no direct midi command to set Subcycles to 16, or to set 
Insert to Stutter, for instance. 

If I am missing something do let me know as I have torn out *almost* all 
my hair over this one ;)
