Maybe there's one of those buried in the Line 6 multi-fx you use.

Don't know about the particular model you have, but the 
Filter Pro has a "Parked Wah" which can be used with
an expression pedal.
It has a Low Pass option, and lets you pick settings of
frequency, resonance, and (usefully) gain for each end
of the pedal travel.
