Plugin latency compensation does not work when Ableton is set to tempo
slave sync mode and not either with realt-time audio input (only with
recorded stuff). If that's the latency you meant. If you meant AD/DA
related latency there is no workaround except for keeping it down by
using a small buffer and no plugins that add latency.
