He had an infection underneath his nail and BioTex is a dutch (and 
English/Scandinavian?) washingpowder that also seem to help for 
infections. Well, so the nurse said..., since Mike also demanded, besides 
doing his laundry, that we would get him a doctor to have a look at his 
finger.
