I believe this will do what you want; I have one and you can reverse the
angle of the arms that hold the amp or rack case. It will easily hold a 4-8
rack unit case, and I'd imagine you could use shock or bungie cords for
added security, tho I never have.

If this isnt tall enough, I've seen similar ones that lift higher...
