Re: Looping with a drummer

        Here's one trick way to use loops in a power trio. Since the 
Rang(TM) III records in true stereo, run the 
guitarist in the left side and out to his amp, and the bassist through the 
right side and out to his amp. 
Either player can control the pedal and loops.
        In just one loop the guitarist can lay down some chords while the 
bassist plays a nice accompanying figure; 
of course these roles can be swapped. Then the bassist drops down to play 
a traditional line and the guitarist 
solos. The 3 piece just became a 5 piece.
        This is easily modified so that the bassist takes the solo.

        I almost had the right bass player lined up and was licking my 
chops at the thought of doing this in a trio.
