That's funny because we've used the term Super Looper to describe
the be-all-end-all looper. I wonder if
creating that beast might be impossible because there are many approaches
to looping, and one player's
got-to-have feature is another's superfluous nonsense.
One thing that seems to be true is that the Super Looper will need
many controls so most or all functions are
quickly accessible. That seems to rule out a compact pedal.
Or... how about a one loop pedal that has the delay-like features
you want and some of the phrase sampler
features like reverse, octave, etc. It would be less expensive and you
could buy as many as needed for your
particular looping madness.
