I really need a non laptop drum machine option, maybe some of yall have suggestions. I bought an MPC but to clunky to program for my tastes, but anxious to wirk it in someday.

I have an Alesis SR16 which is cheap, small, easy to program, and easy to find. I haven't done a lot with it. I think it's the most popular drum machine out there.
