Rockports are superb now that they’ve returned to the more-pointy toe oxford look.  I’ve got the ones I bought back in ‘97 and while they’re not good looking enough to go out in, they’re wonderful at home (I tell Sarah they’re my “work shoes”).

 

Of course right now it’s tall leather boots to get back and forth to the studio.  The snow’s not melted yet, and there was between 8-10” from a week ago.
