Hi Dave , and thanks for sharing your approach. I think the difference 
between Norway
and US is that here, the places that sport live music are mucch more 
"stereotyped". If they
have an Irish-Pub type of profile they wouldn`t want a band without a 
fiddle.......that type of thing.   The profiles of the venues are very 
trend-based and closely guarded. Maybe I can
change this?  :-)
