try an overdrive peddle but turn down the overdrive. it will put some punch
into the mix with a lot of warmth.
as to feedback. try a lr baggs. or a sansamp di with a notch filter.

Subject: Live Acoustic amplifications
Hello there,
Is anybody experienced enough with live acoustic guitars outhere? First of
all i am hunting for a new acoustic electric nylon string guitar.Second i
havenĄt found the best solution to switching from rythm to lead. I use a
boss FV300H volume pedal but itĄs hard to play dynamic and control without
the signal being too loud or to low when stepping on it. I had bought the
Trace elliot TA100R thinking that this would improve the sound onstage and
give me a little boost but it just feeds back and outdoors is not loud
enough so i go directly into the mixer now. Any comments would be very
helpful thank you.
