You can get the mp1288 MIDIWIZARD midi pedalboard made by Rolls/RMX. It's
cheaper than most units and has 8 !!! inputs for ext. controllers,
continuous or momentary (Pedals or Switches)...it sends midi prog.changes
and midi controllers messages up on 8 different midi channel if you need
this. It's small, it fits in a single rack space and has a tiny manual.
