Re: Personal Audio Space?
I very recently have come to terms with tinitus..basically sitting in bed
and realizing that I cannot achieve silence. I spend time in both noisy and
quiet situations wearing earplugs to increase my tonal awareness. Also,
always wear them when you're doing dishes. Plate frequency hurts!
