this is my plan as well.
in fact, i'm thinking i need two such racks
so that i can have easy access to effect knobs and such.
or maybe using one of the small, flat mixer racks to rack 
the electrix gear, since they all are short in depth and have
performance oriented controls...

what experiences have people had with the various
brands of mixer racks that are available?
