On the telethon for NY two nights ago, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers played. Mike Campbell (I think that's his name) was playing some licks through a pedal that simulated backwards tape recording. I am sure I've seen this somewhere but can't remember where. Anybody have any ideas of a stompbox that would do this?
