i use evidence audio (www.evidenceaudio.com) for all my guitar needs.  i'm
working on a rack right now, so i may just buy some bulk wire from tony and
build cables as i need them.  another option for custom-wiring things such
as racks or pedalboards is george l cables.

monster really stinks...really noisy and not worth the inflated price at
all.

if you want top-of-the line stuff, look for pure silver cables.  only a few
manufacturers produce this and it's VERY expensive.
