You have to also bring back the "sends return" into the Repeater. The send
chain should go:

RPTR fx send --> fx rack in / fx rack out --> RPTR fx return

If you do this you have the choice of sending a track through the fx chain
by holding down the "FX send engage" button while pressing the channel
button.
