and also don't be confused with the 60 second thang...

afaik, it's a 60 second looper...that doesn't sync to midi clock, as well.

the delay models will sync, but they max out at 2.5 seconds of delay 
or something...EXACTLY what you get in the DL4.

It's a DL4 in a rack, sych delays, with XLR/Line Level ins and outs. 
only 500 bills...AND you need a foot controller!

i played with it at Namm and was unimpressed.  but that's just me.
