RE: EDP Question (Help Desperately Needed)
If it's new, I'd ask for a replacement. If you take it apart, I doubt
Gibson would honour the warranty.

It is a brand new black one, I got a couple of weeks ago. It worked
fine when I got it, I haven't moved it an inch from when I set it up, so
I don't know how anything would get moved around internally, is this
something I can/should fix myself, if so how?

Is this a new unit, black or beige?
There are many things that can cause this boot-up loop; memory sticks
not seated correctly, CPU not seated correctly, or, in older units,
miss-matched crystals. Or indeed, the failure of any number of
components internally. Having said that, it is fixable.

Subject: EDP Question (Help Desperately Needed)
I have recently purchased an EDP and recently when I turn it on, "LOOP 4
1.1" loops over and over again on the display, never going into the
typical record mode. None of the Parimeters Matrix lights come on, but
the input light comes on as I play. This is very fustrating as I can't
actually use the EDP as the intro screen continues to cycle. Has anyone
else come across this, or have any ideas for a solution? Help would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks
