Do you want to shift the input or the output only, or both? Do you want to
have loops that move up in pitch each turn around? Are you ok with using a
mixer in addition to the EDPs and the shifter? How much do you want to
spend?

As much flexibility as possible and I already use a mixer so no problem 
there.  It has
2 unused effects loops I can utilize.  Should have mentioned at the start, 
I'm looking for a standalone hardware solution.  As far as price, it's the 
usual...as little as I have to as much as I can  :-)
