I have only heard them doing bits of the album live (the drummer has an amazing collection of analogue synths, & had his AKS next to him). I have the album, but haven't got past the 3-D specs/artwork yet......

but while we're on the subject of melodic metal/rock, did anyone notice I casually threw a mention of levitation into a recent post?

both the guitarist (christian "bic" hayes, ex-Cardiacs) & lawrence o'keefe were excellent live jamman users.
