Manufacturer? Never heard of it!
The manufacturer is Acetone which was a Japanese company in the early
60s
who made cha-cha drum machines, cheesy organs, guitar amplifiers,
effects
etc.

The Roland/Acetone connection may explain how the EC-1 and RE101 ended
up
so similar. As with most early oddball gear manufacturers there isn't
