I'm not sure that this isn't just a fact of these kinds of loopers. I've
asked the same question of the RC20XL and have an issue with the DL4 but
to
a lesser extent. The oanly way that I can create a constant drone, is to
set
a long delay with 100% feedback, play and hold a note, then remove the
input
(footswitch or volume pedal), this seems to be the only way of getting a
constantly held note. This way too, of course you can add to the drone...
