ages ago as part of the sndtrk to Kubrick's "The Shining". I immediately went out to explore and learn more about Bartok... 'The Shining' sndtrk also has a couple of excellent electronic impressionistic "sound paintings" by the long time, and always brilliant Wendy Carlos. There is also either some Ligeti, or Penderecki (or both?) on that sndtrk, but I do not have in handy at the moment to check. Luckily I do still have my copy of the original LP. (stored away) TMK, it was never reissued as an LP again, or as a CD. I have never found it at least, and have looked for any CD. All the best, Rev Fever |
