Would Posterous be what you're looking for? Once you have your account
set up, o post new stuff, just email post@posterous.com and it gets
added to your blog. Attach your demo as an MP3 file and I think that
you'll have what you're after. Don't forget to include a proper
copyright notice to protect your work.
