hey Bill,
I was not aware of this thank you!it certainly looks like a great tremolo 
issue problem solution!
questions:
Does it also take care of the out of tune problems when using the tremolo 
heavily floating or flat?
Did you install it yourself or do you recomend somebody else doing it?
How would it differ with something like the hipshot tremsetter?
I have a fernandes sustainer native pro guitar and the tremolo on it just 
sucks i cant hardly use it as it goes out of tune so bad,on the other hand 
i hate the floyd rose system so i am trying to find a good solution.
Ive installed the planet waves locking tuner though they havent cure the 
problem that much
