motu ultralite midi sync problem

Hi Sjaak,
I just got a motu Ultralite which i am trying out, i am using mobius with 
midi sync out and my drum box midi in,but i ma having some problems.
When i dont do any recording with my mobius software everthing functions 
fine but once i record a loop i cant even change my drum box patterns with 
my fcb1010 or do any start stop anymore!
The motu has way more options than my previous presonus
under clock source you can choose:

Internal
spdif
SMPTE
built in audio
Other

Ive tried all of them but the problem remain
how do you have yours setup?
