God that stream of consciousness was totally unreadable because of
spelling...
i meant to say...
i think if your music is "niche" (which much of ours is here) then
mainstream success will never be an option and you should focus on
selling to your audience. there is a good living to be made selling
your music to a discerning audience.
you won't become filthy rich, but you will make a living.
the only way that can work, however, is if you DO NOT sign with a label
